Kate is the Administration and Training Manager at a mid-sized credit union in central Massachusetts. The Training Department was established in 2017 to formalize and standardize the training employees receive during onboarding and throughout their careers with the company. Kate has been involved in the banking and financial industry since 2005, working primarily in the retail banking space.
