Lara, with her brother, runs an organisation that provides support for people with Learning Disabilities/Mental Health Issues and or Autism in both residential care homes and supported living. Lara and the team at LDC Care Co like to find solutions rather than accept barriers that stop people living their lives. Lara is a Director of the Kent Integrated Care Alliance and of The Outstanding Society.
