Leah Smith

Leah is the Chief People Officer at Berkley Care Group, an award-winning all-inclusive luxury care provider with 12 homes, all rated as Good or Outstanding. Leah has worked in health and social care for all of her career, including in Home Management and Learning and Development before moving into the world of HR. Leah prides herself in challenging the traditional 'HR' approach, and looking for creative and disruptive ways to achieve our people agenda, putting employee and resident experience at the heart of all we do.
