Drawing on a career that includes senior leadership roles with organisations such as Barchester, Circle Health Group, ExtraCare Charitable Trust and OSJCT, Liam combines operational care experience with a deep understanding of the technology landscape. A former Care Home Manager, he is passionate about helping providers make informed technology decisions that improve quality, efficiency and outcomes. Through Care Tech Guide, which supports thousands of care professionals each month, Liam produces practical guidance, independent technology reviews and buyer resources to help providers navigate an increasingly complex digital market. He also coaches care leaders on operational performance, occupancy and leadership, bringing a balanced perspective on the opportunities and challenges of digital transformation in social care.
