Louise Cobban owns two Guardian Angel Carers franchises, covering Spelthorne, Elmbridge & Runnymede, and more recently Windsor & Maidenhead. She began her career in care in 2015 as a frontline carer before progressing through care coordination, recruitment and HR, opening her first franchise in 2018. Louise is a strong advocate for innovation in care, particularly the use of AI and technology to improve outcomes, support independence and enhance the way care is delivered. Her journey from frontline care to business ownership gives her a practical understanding of the sector at every level.
