With more than 20 years of experience in streaming technologies, enterprise software, and AI-driven solutions, he combines technical expertise with a passion for human-centered innovation.

At Empathika, Luca leads the development of advanced eMAR, pharmacy integration, and resident care management, ensuring the platform is robust, scalable, secure and built around the needs of care staff and residents. His vision is to leverage technology not only for efficiency but also to create safer, more empathetic care environments.

Before joining CareApps, he held senior leadership roles in media and technology, pioneering large-scale live streaming solutions for global events and driving projects at the intersection of AI, AR, and cloud systems. Originally from Italy and now based in the UK, Luca is dedicated to applying innovation to solve real-world challenges and improve lives.
