Mark Topps is one of social care's most influential voices, and he is not waiting for permission to change the sector. As Head of OpenDoc Community, he leads a growing network of Experts who share what they know, so that great practice spreads across the sector rather than staying locked inside individuals or their organisations. Bold, practical and proudly grassroots, Mark is a passionate advocate for shared expertise, real change and a workforce that is heard. Mark has worked on the frontline, in management and in senior operational roles, and that lived experience shapes everything he does. Mark has led national campaigns that have changed social care practice, and is the co-author of The Sustainability Guide for Care Managers. He also hosts the fortnightly Care Intelligence Revolution podcast, and is a regular blogger with two blogs aimed at social care and AI, reaching thousands of people each week.
