Mary Bruce is an accomplished healthcare professional with over 35 years’ experience in dementia care and education. A former Senior Lecturer at the Association for Dementia Studies, University of Worcester, she is now Director of Dementia Educators, delivering consultancy, coaching, and bespoke training for health and social care organisations across sectors. A Registered General Nurse with specialist expertise in dementia and end-of-life care, Mary is passionate about translating theory into practice. She has presented nationally and internationally, published widely, and remains dedicated to innovative, person-centred education that empowers staff to deliver compassionate, evidence-based dementia care.
