Matt Russell is CEO of Log my Care, a care management platform trusted by more than 2,000 adult social care services across residential care, supported living, and domiciliary care. He joins the business with more than 20 years of experience across HR and workplace technology. Most recently, he was CEO of employee benefits technology platform Zest, leading the business through a period of significant growth and its subsequent acquisition by European employee benefits provider Epassi Group, after which he took the helm as CEO of both Zest and Epassi UK. Prior to Zest, Matt held senior commercial leadership roles at CIPHR and Benefex. At Log my Care, Matt's focus is turning the data care teams already capture into intelligence they can act on, helping providers spot patterns sooner, evidence quality consistently, and give more time back to the people delivering care.
