Mike Cleasby is Chief Quality and Risk Officer at National Care Group, a role he has held for the past seven years. With more than 35 years' experience across a range of leadership and management positions in health and social care, Mike is passionate about driving quality, improving outcomes, and ensuring services remain centred on the people they support. Throughout his career, Mike has championed person-centred approaches, continuous improvement, and the delivery of safe, high-quality care. His professional perspective is complemented by personal experience as the proud father of two daughters, one of whom has a learning disability and autism, giving him a unique appreciation of the importance of truly inclusive and responsive support services. Outside of work, Mike volunteers with BloodRun EVS and supports local communities through parkrun. He is passionate about making a positive difference, both professionally and personally, and is committed to helping shape a future where people can live their best lives.
