Natalie is the interim Director of Adult Social Care covering CQC’s Central Region. She has worked for CQC since 2016 and is an experienced regulator with a strong commitment to ensuring people receive high-quality, safe and effective care. She is passionate about placing partnership at the heart of regulation, working collaboratively with people who use services, providers and key stakeholders to drive improvement and positive outcomes. Prior to joining CQC, Natalie managed services supporting people with a learning disability and autistic people, bringing valuable frontline experience and insight to her role.
