
Neemat Sadiq
Neemat Sadiq is a pioneering leader in social care, with more than 21 years of dedicated experience that blends professional expertise, lived compassion, and an unshakable commitment to dignity in care. With a foundation in law and hands on service as both a Registered Manager and a Nominated Individual, she brings a rare balance of legal insight, frontline understanding, and visionary leadership.
From her earliest years, Neemat was shaped by the values instilled in her by her late mother, whose life of service inspired compassion, responsibility, and resilience. Her father, who continues to be her mentor, has always pushed her to strive higher and achieve her best. Alongside voluntary and community work in her youth, these influences laid the foundation for a leadership style grounded in empathy and determination. Throughout her career she has witnessed first hand the daily pressures faced by carers, managers, providers, and families and has committed herself to creating solutions that lift those burdens rather than add to them.
Out of this lived experience Neemat created Empathika, a revolutionary care management platform built by a provider for providers and offered as a gift to social health care. More than software, Empathika is a movement, a living promise that compliance, safety, and technology can walk hand in hand with compassion and humanity. It addresses the deepest challenges of care while restoring what matters most: time, dignity, and trust.
Her work has been recognised globally, and in 2025 Neemat was honoured as Best Healthcare Digital Transformation CEO (UK) by Acquisition International. Neemat continues to be celebrated as one of the most influential voices redefining the sector.
