Neil Crowther is a co-convener of the #SocialCareFuture movement where he has led work on narrative change, most recently in partnership with the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services, Local Government Association, Think Local Act Personal and Frameworks UK. He has previously worked on narrative change and reframing projects around human rights, access to justice and ageing and is a member of the Frameworks UK Moving Mindsets advisory group. Neil is a freelance consultant and is also presently working with Shared Lives Plus and GM ADASS to pilot and evaluate an approach to preventive day support for people living with dementia. His background is in the field of disability rights, working in the UK, Europe and internationally.
