Neil Eastwood

Neil Eastwood is an international speaker on the recruitment and retention of frontline care staff and author of Saving Social Care. He has spent many years studying the world’s social care sectors to understand how care employers can improve their applicant volume, the quality of their new starters, staff engagement and retention. Neil is also Founder and CEO of Care Friends, the employee referral app for social care, operated in partnership with Skills for Care, and before that was a director at a national homecare provider.
