Nichola Bastow is Operations Director at SureCare Franchising, where she leads performance, quality and support across the franchise network. Her experience working within the care sector spans three decades, and today she works directly with SureCare franchise owners to build safe, effective services. Nichola leads on compliance and continuous improvement across multi-site domiciliary and complex care operations, whilst also bringing a practical operational voice to board-level decisions.
