Oli Johnson

Sona is building the next generation of workforce technology for care providers, focusing equally on worker and employer needs. Sona is backed by Google's Gradient Ventures, SpeedInvest and Notion Capital. Before Sona, Oli co-founded Catapult, the gig economy platform connecting flexible workers to retailers and hospitality businesses on a shift-by-shift basis. Oli is also the Co-Founder of Rainmaking Loft, one of the early co-working spaces in Europe, with locations in the UK, Germany and Denmark. Oli started his career in finance, investing in consumer and retail businesses. He holds a BSc from Reykjavik University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
