A care home provider who began her career at several investment banks before discovering her passion for care, Palvi was named Business Woman of the Year 2025. Alongside Jay Dodhia (co-founder/CEO), she has leveraged their complementary skills to build Serene Care into an award-winning boutique care home owner-operator, specialising in enhancing the lives of elderly residents, particularly those with Dementia. Her passion extends beyond ensuring Serene Care’s residents receive the highest quality care—she is also an active member of the wider social care innovators community and a supporter of charities such as Dementia UK, and Championing Social Care and is also on the board of advisors for a number of companies.
