I’m Pascha Myhill, a 22-year-old entrepreneur and 2026 finalist on BBC’s The Apprentice 2026. I’m passionate about the private healthcare sector, creating meaningful change, and sharing my experiences while continuing to learn from others across the industry. I’m incredibly excited to be speaking at Care Show 2026, where I’ll be sharing my journey, ideas and perspective on Recruitment in Care; a topic I’m hugely passionate about.
