Paula Cashmore is the owner of Achievable Care Quality Community (ACQC), a UK-based platform delivering CQC guidance, training, and support to the care sector. With over 40 years of experience in nursing and social care, Paula has held roles as a Clinical Lead, Regional Manager, and NHS Quality Monitoring Officer, giving her a deep, practical understanding of care delivery at every level. She also serves as Nominated Individual for CQC at a not-for-profit Nursing Home in the West Midlands, bringing hands-on regulatory expertise to her work supporting providers across the sector. Through ACQC, Paula helps care leaders and Registered Managers navigate CQC compliance confidently without feeling overwhelmed. Paula is passionate about making quality and compliance achievable for frontline teams, drawing on decades of experience to bridge the gap between regulation and real-world care practice.
