Peter Youngs

Peter is the Head of Advisory in the Senior Living team at Knight Frank, which is part of the Residential Development & Investment Department. He focuses on advisory services aimed at seniors housing developers, funders and operators across a full range of tenures and propositions including Integrated Retirement Communities (IRC), and Retirement Housing. Track record includes advising NatWest Group Pension Fund on the IVG JV; advising M&G when they purchased two Birchgrove IRC's and due diligence with Lone Star when they acquired McCarthy Stone.
