Pia Rathje-Burton

Pia Rathje-Burton is the Locality Manager for Skills for Care working across Kent and Medway. Part of this role she is the main contact for social care providers for signposting and support on workforce development. Pia is the co-host of the Skills for Care podcast ‘The Care Exchange’ that is in its 4th series. Pia has worked in social care for over 25 years including as a Registered Manager for 15 years.
