Rachelle Mills

Rachelle Mills is Partnerships and Innovation Director for KareInn, and responsible for developing partnerships that offer potential to commercialise innovations in technology for social good, leading the direction of KareInn’s wider Research and Development initiative: KareInn Digital Labs, which aims to improve the quality of life for our elderly. Prior to leading innovation at KareInn, she was Head of Digital for one of the UK's largest retail banks, where her focus was on delivering digitally inclusive solutions. She has overseen major organisational changes from High Street Banking to Governmental Services helping colleagues to adopt digital platforms at the front line. She is an active mentor to startups in the UK tech scene and mentors other founders and is seen as a true leader in the tech social-care space.
