Rebekah has more than 30 years’ experience in health and social care across the independent sector and the NHS and is a nurse by background. She joined Priory from NHS North West in November 2012 as director of quality for Priory Healthcare, where she established robust governance frameworks, quality improvement systems and led on safeguarding, regulation, patient safety and risk. In 2017, she became director of performance and regulation, driving improvement activity and working with seven regulators across healthcare, education and adult social care. In 2018, she moved to Priory Adult Care as chief operating officer, overseeing service delivery and outcomes. Rebekah was appointed CEO of Priory in November 2021, with responsibility for its UK Healthcare and Adult Care divisions.
