Richard Broughton is Chief Commercial Officer at Liaise, a specialist provider supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to live independently and thrive in their communities. Bringing more than two decades of experience across health and social care, Richard's career has evolved from designing care environments as a qualified architect to leading the development, growth, and operation of complex care services. His experience spans the full continuum of support, from community-based and supported living services through to secure and forensic care settings. Richard is particularly interested in how service design, co-production, and community partnerships can improve outcomes, create social value, and enable people to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.
