Rishi grew up in the care home which his parents providing care and service. The Jawa Group now operates three services within a purposebuilt care village. During his directorship, Rishi has overseen many changes in the company, including the early adoption of sector-specific technology. Rishi’s role within the business is pivotal to the delivery of high-quality care. Rishi is also the founder and director of Namaste Care International. A global initiative to help educate and inspire carers, families, healthcare professionals. NCI has members as far as Australia, Singapore and Iceland to name a few, and is growing from strength to strength- making a real difference in people’s lives. Rishi also works closely with Dr. Michael Verde to bring memory Bridge to the UK with St.Christopher’s Hospice. Rishi is also the pioneer of Care Vision CMS- the most complete, cloudbased solution built from the challenges of providing care and recording evidence in real situations on the market. Care Vision has been designed to meet the complex needs of individual users from the perspective of Carers, Care Home Managers and the People using the Service themselves. Care Vision CMS is one of the fastest growing companies in the UK and further afield. Rishi has recently been nominated as a finalist in the Care Innovator of the year category at the Great British Care Awards. Rishi is passionate about inspiring new life into the industry and engaging technology and creative initiatives to change the negative perception of the industry and make care cool.
