Rob Martin is Chief Executive Officer of Signature Senior Lifestyle, a leading care provider delivering luxury living and exceptional care across Greater London and surrounding areas. Joining Signature in 2025, Rob brought more than 25 years’ experience in health and social care. Previously, he spent 12 years at Anchor, most recently as Managing Director overseeing 121 care homes. Rob is recognised for operational excellence, leadership development and delivering high-quality care at scale. He has served as a Board Member of the National Care Forum and was named Care Talk’s ‘Most Influential Leader in Social Care’. He is also a graduate of The King’s Fund Top Manager Programme.
