Rob has produced a range of publications for Skills for Care, including their Good and Outstanding Care Guide, Guide to improvement and Guide to safe staffing aimed at supporting CQC regulated services to meet or exceed the regulator's expectations. Managing Skills for Care's national Information Team, Rob has helped guide providers around recruitment, learning and development and leadership. Prior to working in adult social care, Rob was Head of Product Development at Investors in People UK.
