Ryan Brummitt is a board-level executive who has led national organisations across health and social care for over 20 years, now serving as Executive Director of Support at Advance Housing & Support. He is known for integrating systems and services across large, geographically dispersed operations in complex, regulated environments — building a national division from five separate organisations into a single operating model, and bringing acquired services together under consistent systems, quality standards and governance. At Advance he sponsors a care management platform spanning care planning, quality assurance, rostering, eMAR and operational intelligence.
