Sarah is a Director at Nexus Planning with over 20 years' experience and leads their Later Living division. She therefore works almost exclusively on care and retirement projects and has advised on and secured permission for countless residential and commercial schemes for a variety of private and public sector clients. Throughout her career Sarah has worked predominantly in planning consultancy, as well as at local authorities and a retirement developer, providing her with insight into the planning process from a variety of angles.
