Shantelle Million-Lawson

With over 10 years experience of working as a Care Assistant, Communication Support Worker and Team Leader in Adult Social Care, Shantelle went on to become a Founder and Managing Director of a Digital Social Care Record solution. In more recent years, Shantelle worked in the Clinical Quality team of a national care provider, focused on digital transformation. Now working in the Department of Health & Social Care, Shantelle leads Digital Transformation in the Digitising Social Care programme - this includes the Adult Social Care Technology fund, the newly launched Digitising Social Care website, and the digital skills support offer.
