Sophie Chester-Glyn

Sophie is managing director of a care organisation supporting adults with disabilities since the 1990s. In 2019 she set up Coproduce Care, a non-profit organisation which aims to help democratise the care debate by supporting social care to have a voice in government consultations on social care. Sophie presents Coproduce Care’s successful livestream channel on YouTube, interviewing government Ministers, people with lived experiences and care workers. In 2019 Sophie embarked on a PhD in post-colonial discourse and human rights within mental health law.
