Dr. Steven Lockley is a Professor and VC Fellow at the Surrey Sleep Research Centre, University of Surrey, and a Neuroscientist at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. He received his BSc in Biology from the University of Manchester in 1992 and a PhD in Biological Sciences from Surrey in 1997. With nearly 30 years of research experience, he is an international authority on circadian rhythms, light and sleep in humans. He has published over 200 papers, chapters and reviews and co-authored ‘Sleep: A Very Short Introduction’.
