I have worked in nursing and healthcare for all of my career and have experience across clinical practice, operational management, leadership, and service improvement. Throughout my career, I have held senior roles within the NHS and Health Education England, leading major workforce transformation programmes, education commissioning, and initiatives to support recruitment, retention, and professional development. I currently work as a Project Manager and Facilitator for Resilience Based Clinical Supervision, at the Foundation of Nursing Studies, delivering programmes across England to support nurses working in social care and improve workforce wellbeing.
