A registered pharmacist by background, Tandeep has experience spanning both hospital and community pharmacy, alongside more than 10 years in senior health and social care leadership roles. Over the past three years, he has focused on advancing innovative technology solutions that help care providers improve clinical outcomes, enhance quality of care and support informed decision-making. Passionate about digital transformation, Tandeep works closely with care organisations to promote the adoption of evidence-based technologies that address real-world challenges faced by frontline teams.
