Wendy Adams has worked in her current position as a Locality Manager for Skills for Care for 6 years. Skills for Care are the strategic workforce development and planning body for adult social care in England. Prior to joining Skills for Care, Wendy has undertaken a number of roles including workforce lead for a Local Authority, managed services and remains a Registered Social Worker.
