Will Graham is a Director at the Graham Care Group, his family's group of six care homes across the South East of England. Since joining the business, Will has led the group's digital transformation, developing the technology infrastructure that underpins how the homes run day to day. More recently, Will has been focused on expanding the group's service offering beyond traditional long-term residential care, developing short-stay and rehabilitation pathways that reflect how the needs of older people - and the buildings that serve them - are changing. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Warwick.
