The E-Zone is full of materials and marketing tips exclusively for exhibitors at the Care Show. It is important to ensure you take advantage of every marketing opportunity to promote yourself before, during, and after the show. The Care Show Birmingham will be held on 9-10 October 2024 at the NEC Birmingham.
Our delegates can't wait to see your profiles and content, and you’ll soon see the benefit of completing the tasks we have set.

You’ll find everything you need to get started here. You will need to complete your online profile before you are granted access to the rest of the E-Zone. Please note that these are mandatory tasks that need to be completed by the deadline of Friday 30 August. Once you have completed these tasks, please find the task list on your left which contains tick boxes indicating which activities you have completed and what you have remaining.

Invite your customers from the care sector
We have created an email template so you can let your care sector customers know that you are exhibiting at Care Show Birmingham.
*These events are FREE for those who work for a social care provider (including but not exclusive to care homes, nursing homes and domiciliary care), in addition to healthcare, allied healthcare, NHS, public sector professionals, architects and interior designers. If they do not meet any of these requirements, they will be taken to the payment page.
Preferential partner rates for stand design and marketing services
Our Official Design and Marketing Partner, t&s creative communications offer a seamless design service for all Care Show exhibitors and partners and can provide you with a choice of two design routes for your Care Show conference space. We can either:
- work with your existing brand and creative guidelines to create a powerful statement that drives attendees to your stand
- or, we can provide you with an engaging bespoke look and feel appropriate for the event.
